Taxistar committed to provide a different and quality service, in desire to increase the satisfaction of our customers, we chose to write down the principles of our service.

Orders will be accepted between the hours of 9:00 to 21:00 pm,
Despite the times defined above, in later times orders through the call center will be accepted subject to availability. Post Time and exact collection point will be carried out until 21:00 on the business day. In case of delay times, the client will receive an update on arrival time. The service operates also on Sunday - that 24 hours a day.
The service is for new vehicles equipped with safety equipment and the most advanced comfort with the intention to allow a smooth, safe and pleasant.
Reservations center is open on Sunday - Thursday (non holiday) between 09:00 - 21:00.
On Friday/Holidays Eve until two hours before Shabbat/Holiday
And at Saturday/holiday than two hours after Shabbat/holiday
Payment for the service will be made by credit cards/bank transfer
Payment will be subject to the section "Policy Cancellations / Delays" below.
Policy cancellations / delays
Client that would cancel the trip/ride 24 hours before the start of the trip will not be charged for the trip/ride
Client that would cancel the trip for 12-24 hours before the start of the trip will be charged at 25% of the trip/ride.
Client that would cancel the trip/ride 2-12 hours before the start of the trip/ride will be charged at 50% of the trip/ride.
Client that would cancel the trip/ride less than two hours before the start of the trip will be charged full price of the trip/ride.
